Non Directive Somato Emotional Release & Cranio Sacral Therapy

 

On 18^th December 2016 will be take place workshop for personal development and healing according to new therapeutical method N.D.S.E.R with C.S.T.

This method is somatic psychotherapy in non Directive Approach with the gentle touch of 5 grams from CranioSacral Therapy.

The workshop will animate the psychologist-psychotherapist –somatic therapist- Sevastiana Koutroumpanou, wich has been inspired the combination of two therapeutical method to one new.

 

 

The workshop is suitable for all (Adults)

 

The participants of workshop will have the opportunity to:

 

1. Listen to their body
2. Discover their feelings and desires
3. Approach the MEMORY OF THE BODY
4. Find the way of healing for anything psychological or psychosomatic pester them.
5. Have the first meeting with this method
