1st International Meeting on the development of human existence in “Acceptance-Touching the memory of the body ”

The treatment and education center ‘Chrysallida’, will held its 1st International meeting about the development of human existence on the theme: “Acceptance-Touching the memory of the body”.
The purpose of the meeting is to be given the opportunity to the people from all over the world and from various scientific communities, to express their views, think about, to raise concern, to exchange ideas and experiences on the theme of the meeting.
This announcement concerns the people who want to present their work, as well as those who want to attend this meeting.
Acceptance is the basic energy of life and forms the way and quality of people’s life in all levels (psychological, social, spiritual, and psychosomatic). It constitutes the theme of the study of many scientific fields and it interests each one of us in this world. In this meeting we will give priority in the presentations which in experiental way will approach the subject.
In our center ‘Chrysallida’, we believe and we experience with our daily contact with people, that through experiental procedure, we can explore new things. All these which can be part of our memory and also it can help us to evolve as persons. The result of this, can lead us to true progress in all sciences, generally in our society.
At this point, we present ‘Chrysallida’ center in order to have a closer contact with our center.
The center established in 1996 in Greece and more specifically in the city of Patras. The aim of the center is to develop methods related to psychology, counseling, psychotherapy, somatic therapy and also to provide mental health services, somatic and psychosomatic health. The methods which are followed both in psychotherapy and in psychosomatic health area are mild and non-directional. They enable people to find out their mental health, to be conscious, to develop abilities, to be active members of the social reality. All these can be fulfilled in the context of freedom, respect and acceptance.
To conclude, ‘Chrysallida’ center held educational programs for young professionals, in the field of health and pedagogy.
The 1st International meeting will move into this context and approach the theme: “Acceptance-Touching the memory of the body”.
This announcement concerns the people who want to present their work, as well as those who want to attend this meeting
So for the presentations:
The scientific fields of the meeting will be:
* Philosophical approach
* Pedagogical approach
* Psychological approach
* Somatic and mental health
* Practice application
Therefore, what we want is to move forward the true learning and scientific penetration in the matter of this meeting. This will be achieved, if the participants have the space to express and communicate each other, feeling comfortable in the process and on the other hand if the presentations point out with experiental, direct way providing space in participation and conversation.
Thus, in the meeting we propose:
1. Presentations will be given in an experiental way
2. All participants will attend only one presentation each time. So will not exist parallel sessions.
DEPOSIT PROPOSALS FOR PRESENTATION UNTIL 10/02/2017
Proposal submitted should contain:
* Scientific field
* Presentation title
* Abstract up to 400 words in Greek or English
* Qualification of the author
* Institution
The presentation cannot be done through computer and power point.

PARTICIPATION FEE
Registration until 15th March 2017: 300 euro
Registration after 15th March 2017: 350 euro
100 euro for students

• Single room with mountain view 54 euro
• Single room with sea view 75 euro
• Double room with mountain view 63 euro
• Double room with sea view 73 euro

If you wish an extra dinner in your accommodation, it costs 12 euro per day.
